Low activity day yesterday until late. High sodium intake, also, so this weight may be high. We'll see tomorrow. Going to try to keep the activity up today. But it's Sunday, so the macros will be a challenge. I'm going out for brunch with my wife, though, so I'll be happy either way!
183.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
