Doing well so far, although bad at keeping the food and life journal. I've gone down a pant size, which feels really great. Changing my diet has been huge, I now just need to figure out how to work more exercise into my schedule. Things have been insane with classes, work and my papers.
Today I decided to bite the bullet and change my goal weight. I had 150, but I know that I really want to be 135. I may as well have the real goal in mind the whole way through rather than think I've made it and then switch. I have little internal goals along the way, but it's best to be honest with myself about what I think I should weigh at the end of this journey. Although, when it comes down to it in several months from now, it won't be about a number, but about how I feel. Bit by bit, I'm going to get healthy and shed those pounds.
