I weighed in Friday Feb. 21, 2014 @ 8:00 a.m. and I was not to happy because I have stayed under my RDI. I have been averaging about 2800 calories daily. I did some simple math and I am losing about 0.43 lbs. a day, so that did make me realize that I am still losing weight but I just forgot that I did not put this weight on over night. I am learning some better things to apply to my diet, such as water, water & more water! I also have just started using Almond Milk & it is very good & I was very surprised that it taste good and has half the calories, fat, & carbs. I am still learning how to eat better things so I just need to keep telling myself that it takes time to accomplish great goals in life!!!
