the same splurged on raisins and almonds and dark chocalate oopsie
i needed to do that to get it out of my system but too much is not going to get me where i want to be soon will be shedding bulky sweaters and coats and i want to have my butterfly wings to fly around the gardens
178.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
