I rehydrated a bit, so the weight has bounced up. Expected.
I'm on day 5 of my "low-grade" LCHF diet. I've been reading about the LCHF approach for several months, but never felt like it would work for me, primarily because I love my carbs. However, yesterday I noticed that, for the prior 3 days, I had somehow managed to get my macros into line with the LCHF philosophy (I know my food choices were not - which is why I call this "low-grade LCHF"). So I'm keeping this up for a couple weeks, and if it works, I might get a little more serious about following all of the tenets of the diet.
