Dag 5 dukan ( met alleen dag 2 afgeweken vanwege eten Zandstraat) vandaag officieel cruisefase (+groente) en nog niet afgevallen grrr. Wel ongesteld nog.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
