Up a bit; must have been the pretzel ( yes one) last night? And not doing that bike ride I intended to do. Or am I overthinking this? Just gotta stay the course. It’s only day 5 on new plan.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
