No big changes since last weight in, but I do feel stronger. I can do push ups again! I know it's totally lame but quite proud of it. I haven't been able to do since pre serial ED/relapse/ED pattern. Hopefully it's muscle that's building! I wish personal life didn't play such a big role in my mood and energy level. Here's to hoping that things start looking up.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
