After going way too low in protein leading into the weekend, I have gradually brought it back up, but I'm still quite a ways from my goal of 187 gm. My carb intake was probably far too low. It's half what it was a week ago (though that was a high number, too). Trying to get consistent. My other issue is I haven't made time to work out. I guess. I do basketball and kung fu 2x/week each, so I get good cardio. I just need to find time for strength training.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
