It has been a rough few days and so I have not been logging my food or my weight. My eating has not been terrible in the sense of overeating. In fact, my migraine and intense reaction to some medication lead to the opposite.

This morning I’m finally feeling human again, and back at it after giving myself grace and the time necessary to heal and recover.

177.2 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
