9st 9 (1 on at WW) I'm trying the filling & healthy plan on WW this week, and have set myself several very simple targets so I can feel a sense of achievement, to try and halt my decline. This is especially important as next week I won't have the usual routine of work, which is always riskier. I have been hungry this week but always able to have something on the plan, I'm not sure how much of the hunger is what I'm eating (& there's been more bread stuff than usual) or the Mirena's fault. Certainly I think the daily headaches are down to Mirena, and of course that makes me feel sorry for myself and that makes me want to eat, and then all the painkillers are bunging me up, so all in all it's not a happy combination!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
