Well, I logged everything I ate honestly for the first time in a long time (April?). I broke 3k calories, whoops. I succeeded at avoiding alcohol, processed foods and drinking lots of water so there are some wins. I'm looking forward to the upcoming challenges!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
