What a great morning surprise, down 2lbs after a hardcore work out yesterday and I've continued to eat well. Even when I go out on the weekends and drink with friends, I still end up eating good foods and avoiding the bad stuff. Im excited to be soo close to the 200 mark. This weekend is more friend gathering so I hope to keep up the exersise routine.
