I know that it has only been 14 FULL DAYS since I began my diet, but I have stayed under my RDI of 3500 calories!When I was 420 lbs. my RDI was 3600 calories but when I weighed in on 2/8/14 my RDI changed to 3500 calories a day& I still stayed under my RDI . I just can'tbelieve I gained weight from 405 to 408. I am disappointed but I am still going to stick with my diet. I have to remember that 12 lbs. in 14 days is still impressive! I need to eat better foods so that I can have more of them instead of just two unhealthy meals like my bad habit on Mon, Wed, & Fridays I eat McDonald's B-Fast and it takes half of my RDI up! I know this is a calorie counter mainly, but I need to learn more about fat intake and carbohydrates! I'm LEARNING!!!
