i am so thankful that i have stuck to this style of eating....i don't want to say diet too often cause something in me mentally just wants to rebel when i hear the word diet....a gal that i worked with when i was pregnant with my son started doing this about that time , she was at least 380-400 lbs and had been on every diet known to man or woman no success, so she just started off counting her calories and writing down everything then she started eating things with less carbs (but not eliminating them) and finally she stopped eating anything with more than 10 grams of sugar in it except for fruit and juice sweetened yogurt (and the occasional small candy) she doesn't do artificial sweeteners at all and if she wants that cheeseburger she tells herself i can have it when i lose 20 more lbs and every once in a while actually will have it instead of skipping it but in the 2 1/2 years that i have seen her around off and on she has lost close to 200 lbs so this eating style seemed like a good thing for me to try and since i am breast feeding too i knew the weight would come off i just didn't expect it to start happening this quick....but it does keep my morale up and my resolve solid
279.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
