Late night last night... trying to correct that. But my macros were overall pretty good in spite of my carb binge while trying to stay awake.

I'm going to make today a good day!

Just noticed this comment - the link is broken. Nuts? Yeah, I eat them. That's my main snack these days, but I like to mix it up, and that sometimes causes problems. I have largely stopped eating Chex, however - it's like crack!
