hi! i'm good. recovering from a half marathon i ran on sunday. ran a sub 2 hour half! very happy. finally can walk up/down stairs without holding on to rails. frustrating i can't drop pounds! how are you?

Been sick most of the week,really all of it,I was just trying to ignore it early on but got to where I realized I need to heed my bodys signals. Just was concerned with your holy smokes!! :D glad you are ok
