Man, ever since I hit below 160 my body has been rebelling and just doesn't want to go there! That said, I have company right now and have been off my game a bit. Eating out a little more and although 'healthy' choices for 95% of it, you never know what is hidden in those so-called healthy options unless you are in the kitchen. I've been this weight for a while so my metabolism is being stubborn. Here's the thin Meto, I'm more stubborn so I will keep plugging away! Even when I can't really record the actual calorie count, I am def. making much better choices - so look out weight, you're going to come off!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've got sort-of the right attitude so far. Kitchen-food is better than street-food and less calories. But, the upside is you get more left-overs for less $$$ too. Just keep making beautiful choices if you want to stay beautiful. That being said, diet is 90% of weight loss no matter how much we tend to exercise. Exercise is just for showing-off ie.: (lifting Max poundage), PT, but most importantly for your largest muscle when doing cardio(your heart). Emphasis on exercise when it comes down to weights and machines should be basically for firming, toning, and tightening while losing weight. Good journey & good job. =)
