I am gaining.....aaargh!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Bibs. I needed that. This weight thing is one heck of a struggle. I felt so crappy this morning I really felt like throwing in the towel...
