I've had more instances that I was unable to get out of, but stuck as close to protocol as I could. The weight has been coming off slowly... I want it to see a little more come off before I am finished, but I am finishing up my drops tomorrow and will be done with phase 2 on Friday.

Excited to be 12 pounds down and many inches lost! I will post all the numbers and maybe some pictures when this if over.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
