Well I never dreamed that I could get so much help from this app. I asked the LORD for a miracle and he let me come across this diet. Without My Fat Secret app. I did not know how to lose weight, but by writing all what I eat down it has shown me my calorie intake and I can still have what I want in moderation of course as long as I stay under my calorie intake for my weight. I am glad that I can make the transition over to healthier foods while still losing weight on some of the foods that I am not sure about, but I stay under my calorie limit and write everything down!

405.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
