Baby steps. I feel like I'm still holding somewhat steady and my slight weight fluctuation varies mainly by the contents in my stomach. But closer to breaking the 160/159⁶ barrier! Def. need to add more fiber to my calories based on yesterdays nutrition report. It had zero fiber for a green apple 🍏 , that surprised me.

You know what day it is? Hump day! Let's hope this is a good hump and tomorrow shows even better results for us all!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Also, when eating salty, lack of sleep, medications, keep the weight up/fluids in the body. Every day is a good day and cares for itself. ☺️ We see big results soon!
