so I watch some of what I ate yesterday. this morning weight was 170.6 1.4 loss. i'll take it while I can. I will be out of town until hopefully Wednesday night. my husband has operation tomorrow. so I figure I'll have some gain when I come back. this morning I'm eating breakfast here at home. got my net carbs at 11. I have lean meat- eggs-hummus-swiss cheese- brown rice cake with himalayan salt and 12 oz. dt. mt. dew.
