Down for the count the past few days with an unknown ailment. Flu?

I basically spent the past few days not eating, and then eating something really bad for me around dinnertime because my fiance made it. No gain on the scale though, which makes me happy.

I'm starting to feel better, so now I'm going to get back on track.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
