went to dr. today. a1c back up 8.9
been sick. gain around 12 pounds
going to be doing some test- peripheral neuropathy
hoping to start turning things around
as soon as I can get my legs going again

172.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 17.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.5 lb a week

Cheer up, I have been higher than you, 8.9 is not so bad. Do you have toe neuropathy? I have purchased a foot massager that massages the whole foot, and has been a life saver. I rarely have pain in my toes now!. Hope all has improved by now.
