This was much to early to do a weigh in and as I am doing my very best
to resist the urges of certain food's that I would not have had a second
thought about eating them until I had this app. to write down the foods I ate. This helps considerably to see what caloies you take in and you just know through the day that you do not want to eat some bad foods because you have to write them down or other wise you just cheat
yourself in the end!
416.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
