so close......!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.0 lb a week

yep! i'm setting up small goals to make it feel easier. next after this is 175 :)

Perfect. It's so easy to say you're going to lose everything, but the goal line is so far away when you do that. I found that it helps to calculate maintenance calories from time to time and eat that way for a week. I still count the calories, but it puts me in a better head-space. We'll be watching.
