I am totally ready for today. I had gone back to completely strict dieting today. This morning I had instant Quaker oatmeal with a cutie orange. I had done my morning stretches and 15 minutes of jogging. Even though I am still on vacation, I had enough of eating 2400 calories the last few days so it's strictly 1800 calories now. I had to up my calorie intake cause some of the places we ate at had high calorie foods. Papa John's is one of them I ate at. McDonald's the first day and then Jersey Mike's. I will say it was good but now I need to focus back. I do plan to weigh in in as I am at home on Wednesday morning. I probably need to start weighing in every day though from now on.
321.8 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 161.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you're back on track, but remember that every restaurant serves salads. It may not be what you WANT to eat when standing in line, but this is where the mindset of healthy eating is exercised. Good job on breakfast this morning.
