Yes, I am a gentleman... :) I am STILL catching up from my weekend of OVERINDULGENCE! GRRRRRRRRRRRR I was SOOOOOOOOO bad last weekend! I've done 3 days straight of 45 mins on the elliptical, and I am STILL above where I was a week ago. I've openned the door for you Yolanda, now walk right in! ;)

Love the E card profile pic! Im going to try to catch up to you, but I think youll beat me. Lead the way, im right behind ya. Im sure your weekend indulgence didnt consist of enough calories to sustain you plus an extra ten thousand for fat pounds, itll come off :-). Lots of water, start drinking it!
