The first thing I did this morning over my first cuppa Jo was look for menu ideas. This site sure has a lot of ideas and resources!
I found a 'Tuna Patties' recipe here by Love4life. I'm actually looking forward to eating today! Wow, something new! :P
I got on the scale this morning too; and the number is going down. I am HAPPY. At this rate, I should be looking good in just a couple of months!
