Wow I love this diet, the only thing I have been craving is peanuts. I am eating Almonds now about one serving per day.
Can anyone tell me if we want to loose more weight when can we do that?
Do we have to start to Phase 1 again or go to 2? I would like to loose 10 more lbs.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
