So after my 3day weekend I can now see the result of all the hard work. I worked out non stop on ever day off and boy was it worth it. Got myself into an old pair of pants at the back of my closet. Now that's a good feeling. This weeks goal is to keep up the morning work outs and start some more runs/sprints during the week while working the upper arms for strength.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
