Vacation officially over. Back to best eating habits. Not surprised by the blip on the scale, but not excited either. Been in a long break, and it’s time to ease back into it
189.9 lb Lost so far: 86.1 lb.    Still to go: 49.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
