Yay. Yesterday I had so many vegetables between lunch and dinner, and hardly any carbs, that I was still under my minimum calories (1200) afterwards, so I got to have one of my tiny ice cream cones from Blue Bunny (150 calories). It was tasty, and clearly did not push me off track. Moderation. Happy Friday!
