Yay. Yesterday I had so many vegetables between lunch and dinner, and hardly any carbs, that I was still under my minimum calories (1200) afterwards, so I got to have one of my tiny ice cream cones from Blue Bunny (150 calories). It was tasty, and clearly did not push me off track. Moderation.

253.6 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
