It's back! So I'm back on the charting again. I topped over 190. this week and was terrified, disgusted, depressed, and so on. I am comparing this platform and the MyDiabetes app to see what they are focusing on as goals for calories, carbs, proteins, etc. I will see where and when I can adjust my eating to provide a better balance that will encourage more weight loss comfortably.
