This is just unreal. Who knew that the secret was more water, more vegetables, and reduced calories? 😑 Seeing results is super inspiring, but I also know from experience that it is often easy to drop at first, and I expect it to be a little more difficult soon.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
