hi everyone, I have been here a while but never written before. I have been struggling with my weight. I would start working out eating right then stop. I want to try OMAD, (one meal a day) and see if that would help.. anyone doing OMAD that can help me out... I would love some advice! thanks 😊
322.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't do OMAD but just want you to know I support you and your journey. Sometimes you have to try several things before you find the right fit. Best to you!💪
