I had a great deficit again, but too many (much?) carbs. I didn't gain much, though, so that's cool. I am again below my 28-day average, which is good. Today hasn't been a good day, though, so I expect to gain some back.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
