I really thought the weight would come off a little quicker but.... I will take what I can get.
227.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1196 kcal Fat: 59.33g | Prot: 39.80g | Carb: 130.03g.   Breakfast: crystal light, water, zoom, truvia, jimmy dean pancake and sausage on a stick. Lunch: minute maid light, mission whole wheat tortilla, Fat Free Turkey Breast, salad, ranch dressing. Dinner: del monte peaches, bar s franks, great value crescent roll, velveeta cheese slice, crystal light sunrise orange, water. Snacks/Other: rold gold pretzel sticks, splenda. more...
