I had hibachi this weekend (which stretched into two meals). I started feeling sick (flu? cold?) last night, and so I had ice cream. Considering how badly I've eaten over the past several days, I expected to see a higher weight gain. I've been drinking water though, so maybe that helped.

I'm still feeling sick today, so I probably will not make it to the gym. I'm not thrilled about that--I'd finally started to establish the habit, and now I'm afraid I'll lose it again.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Just do something simple then today maybe like go for a walk?

Don`t stress the important thing is making sure you feel better soon and don`t give up. I had a bad weekend too (chocolate) had a slight gain but it`s already gone again. A Little walk is a great idea if you are feeling up to it.
