I ate and drank too many carbs yesterday, so it showed up on the scale. Was going to have coffee this morning but with the scale moving the wrong way, I better to be good. We don't have an official cheat day until Feb 17th so gotta stay strong til then.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
