The road trip this past week wasn't too bad, I only gained 2 pounds and most of that is fluid. I think restaurant food is overloaded with salt to get you to buy more drinks.
221.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
