First day on the diet with my medication.
Breakfast/Lunch @ 12:15: Chobani vanilla yogurt with 4 blueberries and 3 raspberries.
Tried to go to the gym with Kimi, but it was closed when we got there. Went back to her apartment and did yoga for 40 minutes and then did other Xbox fitness games. When I came home I did a Popsugar 10 minute youtube class.
Lunch/snack: scrambled one egg and added a little gouda to it. I made a smoothie of baby kale, banana and almond milk. I should have added chia! I was still a little hungry so I ate some hummus with a fork.
Justin's last night in town. We went to dinner on George Street . I got the Blackened Tilapia Fish Tacos as a starter and asked for it without the taco. I split a side order of broccoli with Kimi. I drank one Tito's vodka soda at dinner and one Strongbow cider at the next bar.

I drank plenty of water all day.

All in all, I think today was pretty successful for my first gluten-free day!
