Sweet. I was 148 yesterday, but I didn't want to believe it. Walking is set, I have to do it every day ( I need more comfortable shoes though). I just have to avoid eating ridiculous foods like chocolate.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
