I've decided to record my weight on any day it is down, that way when I look at my weight loss graph it won't be all, up down up down, just down down down!!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do the same thing! Anything that keeps us motivated, right?

I count the ups if its a "real" weigh in day (Saturday mornings) - but if I happen to step on the scale at any other time and see an up, I figure its not worth having on the official record. Like today, sadly. Its just more motivation to do what I need to move in the right direction!
