1140 kcal Fat: 39.25g | Prot: 65.75g | Carb: 130.53g.   Breakfast: strawberries, honey oats and more cereal, half and half, coffee, sugar, milk. Lunch: butter, blackberries, trader joes corn salsa, egg whites. Dinner: egg wash, olive oil, pine nuts, portabella mushrooms, bell peppers, panko bread crumbs, goat cheese, isreali couscous, boneless chicken breast perdue. Snacks/Other: fat free saltines. more...
