I was going to wait until Friday morning to weigh myself but I was overcome by curiosity. I had a bad day at work and wanted to have something good to smile about. Good indeed!!! I lost 2lbs at least!!! I'm starting to feel better about myself again and my face doesn't look as puffy. This was just the push I need to rekindle my desire to be healthy. I know I can keep this up. I believe in me and I WILL NOT quit!
206.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
