Yesterday, by most accounts, was a very good day. I hit my macro percentages almost exactly, I got a good workout in, I had a very good deficit, and my waistline is unchanged from the past few days. So the bump up in weight was a bit of a surprise, but par for the course of late. I really don't care so much about the weight as I do the fat percentage, and my waistline is telling me I'm doing good in that regard (I really need that fancy scale!).

Today, I'm going to be pretty active, so I'm going to need to bump up my carbs a bit, to keep the energy level up. Not too much, though!
188.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
