Had a new snickers bar yesterday and a few other things I probably shouldn't have eaten. I don't like the new Snickers. Hope to get back to what i need to be eating. Found some new low carb recipes.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
