I am up 3 pounds for some reason. I suppose I just gained 3 pounds of muscle :). Or maybe it was the cheesecake! Actually, I don't even have a viable theory for this, other than to shrug and blame fluid fluctuations. Yesterday was pretty good all around - a small caloric deficit, hit my protein and carb targets. Fat percentage was a little high, but not as bad as 2 days ago, when I lost a pound. My waistline is unchanged, maybe even a bit smaller, so I'm not concerned about the weight. I'll keep an eye on it, of course, but I'm guessing this is just a correction - fluid doing what it do.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
